The Laboratory provides analysis of thermal insulation characteristics of materials and components in the construction field and for industrial applications. The thermal characterization is carried out by tests in Laboratory with heat flow meter and also by theoretical models. It is furthermore possible to realize the verification of the thermal performance of the building in field using thermalgraphics analysis and field heat flow meter.
The Laboratory provides to measure the level of building’s vibration and vibration produced by a machinery or an industrial system for the evaluation of the noise of the product and of the possible noise transmitted to the structure. Vibration measurements are made through the use of appropriate accelerometers.
